Squric is a content-sharing and scheduling platform, as well as a link-in-bio tool, designed to help creators seamlessly connect their audience with their latest and most relevant content. At the heart of our platform is a commitment to intentional simplicity — which is why we've crafted these Terms and Conditions to be as clear and easy to understand as possible.
Welcome to Squric — we're excited to have you on board. These Terms and Conditions, along with our other referenced policies (collectively, the “Terms”), outline the rules and guidelines for using our services, including the Squric website, tools, software, and all associated features (referred to together as “Squric” or the Service).
By accessing or using Squric, you agree to be bound by these Terms. You'll also find helpful guidance in our support articles, which provide useful insights into using the platform effectively. We encourage you to read these Terms thoroughly. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out. If you do not accept these Terms, please refrain from using Squric.
At Squric, we're always growing and improving. As part of that process, we may occasionally update these Terms or make changes to the Platform—including adding, modifying, or removing features or services. These updates may reflect business decisions, legal obligations, technical improvements, or our legitimate operational needs.
We reserve the right to make changes at any time, and it's your responsibility to review the Terms periodically for updates.
Whenever possible, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice before any significant changes take effect. By continuing to use Squric after an update, you're confirming your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any changes, we kindly ask that you discontinue use of the platform and close your account as outlined in Clause 10: Suspension or Termination of Your Account.
To sign up and use Squric, you must be at least 16 years old and legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. By creating an account, you confirm your eligibility and agree to comply with all terms outlined here. You must provide accurate, up-to-date information during registration. In some cases, we may ask you to verify your identity or connect third-party accounts. It's your responsibility to keep your account details current — so if anything changes, please update your information accordingly.
If you're registering or using Squric on behalf of a business, organization, or another individual, you confirm that you have full authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
You're solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We strongly recommend using a strong, unique password and keeping it confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access or believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately. You may not assign, sell, or transfer your account to another person. Additionally, you must not use your account (or allow others to use it) in any way that could harm Squric, damage our reputation, violate someone else's rights, or breach applicable laws or regulations. Creating multiple accounts using bots, scripts, or any automated methods is strictly prohibited.
When you sign up for Squric, you'll be asked to choose a username. We know usernames are a personal part of your identity, but they must be respectful, appropriate, and not infringe on anyone's rights — including intellectual property rights such as trademarks and copyrights.
You may not use the name of another individual, brand, or public figure (e.g., celebrities, companies), nor select usernames that are offensive, misleading, or created solely for future resale or exploitation — a practice known as domain squatting.
If a concern arises regarding your username, we reserve the right to review the situation and, if necessary, request a change or reassign the username. Refusal to comply may result in suspension or termination of your account. If someone believes your username violates their IP rights, they can submit a formal Intellectual Property Report, and you'll be given the opportunity to respond before any action is taken. To maintain an active and fair environment, we may reclaim or reassign usernames that have been inactive (no logins, links added, or traffic) for 6 months or more, without prior notice.
We love seeing the diverse and creative content our users share on Squric! To ensure a safe and respectful experience for everyone, we've put in place Community Standards that outline what is and isn't allowed on the platform. By using Squric, you agree to follow these standards. Failure to do so may result in suspension or permanent removal of your account.
When we refer to "your content," we mean any text, images, graphics, links, products, highlights, portfolios, and other materials you upload or display on your Squric profile. You are solely responsible for the content you share and, by uploading it, you confirm that:
- You either own the content or have all necessary rights and permissions to use and share it on Squric.
- Your content does not infringe on the privacy, publicity rights, intellectual property, or any other rights of others.
- Everything you post is accurate, honest, and lawful—it must not be misleading, deceptive, or harmful to Squric’s reputation.
- Your content is free of malware, viruses, or any code that could disrupt or damage the platform or user experience.
- You do not use automated tools (like bots or scraping scripts) to collect data or interact with the platform.
- You will not post unauthorized advertisements, solicitations, or endorsements.
- Your content complies with our Community Standards at all times.
Because we operate globally, content that is permitted in some jurisdictions may not be allowed in others. We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access if it violates our policies, applicable laws, or poses a risk to our users or platform.
We love the content you create and are excited to showcase it! By posting content to your Squric profile, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to:
- Use, display, distribute, adapt, and create derivative works from your content;
- Use your name, image, voice, likeness, and other personal attributes included in your content;
- Promote your content on the Platform and in our marketing across all media channels (including social media, email, and advertising).
This license allows us to use your content globally, without compensation, and for as long as we need — and you confirm you have the necessary third-party rights (if applicable) to grant us this permission.
You still retain ownership of your content. However, keep in mind:
- Your content is publicly viewable, and others may see, use, or reshare it both on Squric and elsewhere online.
- Avoid posting sensitive personal information (like your passport number or social security number) that could put you or others at risk.
- Only share another person's personal information if you have their explicit consent and have recorded it appropriately.
We're not obligated to review or verify the accuracy or legality of user content — but we reserve the right to do so if needed. At our discretion, we may modify, remove, restrict, or apply sensitive content warnings to any material that we believe violates these Terms or is unsuitable for certain audiences.
As a user of Squric, you are solely responsible for the actions and experiences of anyone who visits or interacts with your profile, referred to as Profile Visitors or End Users. This includes how they engage with your content and any features you choose to enable.
Squric may offer tools that allow your End Users to support you through monetary donations. By using these tools, you acknowledge that all contributions are made voluntarily and without the expectation of receiving any goods or services in return. This feature is intended exclusively for personal use and must not be used to collect funds on behalf of charities, organizations, or external causes.
If you violate these Terms, our Community Standards, or any other linked policies, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, limit certain features, or make changes to how you access the Platform. The specific action we take will depend on the nature and seriousness of the violation.
In some instances, we may choose not to suspend or terminate your account immediately. However, repeated or significant breaches increase the likelihood of such measures. While we aim to notify you in advance if your account is affected, we are not legally required to do so.
For users with a free plan or unpaid subscription, prolonged inactivity—such as not logging in or receiving profile traffic for six months or more—may result in account termination without notice.
If your account is suspended or terminated under this section, please note that any fees paid in advance will not be refunded unless legally required. We're also not responsible for any loss of content or features, including those tied to paid plans, resulting from account suspension, termination, or downgrade. If you believe your account has been removed in error, or if you have any concerns about these Terms or the platform, please reach out to us at info.squric@gmail.com.
We genuinely appreciate your ideas and suggestions for how we can improve Squric. From time to time, we may offer early access to experimental or “beta” features and invite your feedback. If you choose to share feedback with us—whether related to beta features or general improvements—you agree that we can use it freely, without any obligation to compensate you, and we may choose whether or not to implement it.
Please note that any beta functionality made available is still in development. These features are experimental, may not perform as expected, and could be less stable or reliable than other parts of the Squric platform.
As the owners of Squric, we grant you a limited right to use the platform for sharing your content and engaging with content shared by other users. However, please note that we are not responsible for any content, products, or services made available through other users' profiles. All intellectual property rights related to the platform—excluding the content you upload—(referred to as "Squric IP") remain the sole property of Squric or our licensors. You do not gain ownership or rights to any part of the Squric IP, and you may not use our brand name, logo, or other protected materials without our prior written permission.
As a user, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the platform for creating, displaying, and sharing content, provided you comply with these Terms. You must not use bots, scripts, scraping tools, or any other form of automated means—whether as a user or as a Profile Visitor—to access, extract, or collect data from the platform or user profiles.
If we provide assets such as icons, fonts, images, themes, videos, or graphics for use on your profile, you must only use them in line with any applicable guidelines. These assets may not be modified, removed, or repurposed outside of Squric without permission. Copying, reproducing, distributing, licensing, reselling, reverse-engineering, or attempting to extract source code from the platform or any of its components is strictly prohibited.
When visiting profiles on Squric as a Profile Visitor, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to view and interact with content shared by users. If a user (the Seller) offers products, digital goods, sponsored links, or brand deals through their profile and you choose to engage with or purchase from them, you acknowledge that you are transacting directly with that Seller or brand. Squric is not involved in or responsible for any part of the transaction—including product delivery, quality, customer service, refunds, disputes, or compliance with any claims made by the Seller or brand. We also do not verify the identity of Sellers or brands and are not liable for any terms, policies, or experiences related to their offerings. Additionally, we are not responsible for any content, advice, offers, or opinions posted by other users on their profiles.
Currently, Squric is available to users free of charge, and we do not require any payment to access our core services. However, we plan to introduce a subscription-based model in the future, which will provide access to premium features such as custom themes, colors, fonts, increased link and highlight limits, and other advanced customization options.
While we are committed to maintaining a forever-free plan with access to the features currently offered, we will provide advance notice if and when we transition to a paid model. We will also update these Terms to reflect any changes related to fees, payments, and applicable taxes, and inform you accordingly to ensure full transparency.
At Squric, protecting your privacy—and the privacy of your Profile Visitors—is a top priority. Our Privacy Notice and related policies explain how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal data, as well as our shared responsibilities in respecting the privacy rights of others. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Terms and Privacy Policy. For details on how we use cookies and similar technologies, please refer to our Cookie Notice.
Any data generated through your use of the platform (or through interactions by Profile Visitors or other users), including data with associated intellectual property rights ("Data"), will remain the exclusive property of Squric. As part of our services, we may offer you access to this Data or present it in visual formats, referred to as Data Analytics. While we strive to provide analytics that are accurate and helpful, we do not make guarantees about their precision or completeness.
At times, we may share confidential information with you—such as details about upcoming features or tools—especially if you're participating in a beta testing program. Any such information related to Squric or the Platform must be treated as strictly confidential. You agree to keep this information secure, not disclose it to others, and take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access. If there is any information we specifically allow you to share publicly as part of your beta participation, we will clearly let you know in advance.
You agree to indemnify and hold Squric harmless from any losses, damages, or claims that result from your violation of these Terms or from any third-party claims related to the content you post. To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither you nor Squric will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of business, revenue, profits, data, privacy, goodwill, or other economic advantages—regardless of whether the claim arises from breach of contract, negligence, or any other legal theory, and even if the possibility of such damages was known in advance.
When you use Squric and engage with content on the platform, you do so entirely at your own risk. The Platform and all of its features are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties—express or implied—of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to, warranties related to performance, reliability, or availability.
We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; that any errors or defects will be corrected; that the Platform will be free from viruses or harmful code; that the Platform will meet your expectations or produce specific outcomes; or that any content, including user-generated content, will be complete, accurate, reliable, or suitable for your needs. These Terms are subject to applicable law, and nothing here is intended to limit or exclude any legal rights that cannot be restricted or waived by contract.
Squric may integrate or offer access to products and services provided by third parties. While these features may be accessible through our platform, we do not endorse or make any guarantees regarding the quality, reliability, or suitability of any third-party services—unless explicitly stated otherwise. We are also not responsible for any payments made to third parties and do not offer refunds on their behalf. Your use of any third-party services is governed by their own terms and conditions, which you are solely responsible for reviewing, accepting, and following. Failure to comply with those terms may lead to the suspension, restriction, or cancellation of your account or access to those features within Squric.
